suddenly sickly

i used to brag that i don't easily get sick. i only get sick 2 to 3 times a year and usually it's just minor fever. but now my immune system seemed to have weakened as i find myself sick with fever almost once a month. cold, flu, tonsillitis and back pain are just some of the ailments i've been through for the last six months or so. daym. good thing i never lose my appetite :p

i'm sick again so i was unable to report for work today. i have fever since last night due to pilay, plus sore throat-- again. if i don't get a whole day rest, i might get so sick again that i will have to file for a 3-day sick leave again, which i am trying to avoid 'cos i don't want my boss to think that i'm being ineffective and less reliable for always being sick.

getting sick again and again and again and again is a such bummer.
