My #1 Guy

my existence in this world is mostly influenced by women who play/ed significant roles in my life. there's my queen lola, my terrorist mom, my one and only ate mye-mye, my super cool tita betty, my favorite gradeschool teacher ma'am agnes and my supergirlfriends xai, marose and arianne.

i used to have a hard time getting along with boys my age and felt uneasy at the company of older men probably because i was an only child and i grew up without a father figure.

i even thought that girls are way smarter than boys, mali nga ba.(?!)

but times have changed and i know better now. fine, boys are equally smart. jest!
i turned out to be 'one of the boys' as i'd rather get rowdy with them guys than play with Barbie and go crazy over pink. i have learned that men can be way, way more considerate just as long as you know how to make them feel good about themselves. bola-bola!

and now my life will never be whole without my numero uno, the guy with endless patience over my tantrums and he who spoils me at the sweetest possible ways...
